The framework assists organisations to achieve the key control objectives – operational, financial and compliance. We not only set up the internal control governance structure and the ICF but also provide training and awareness sessions for relevant employees to ensure they understand the ICF and its application to the business. This training will also ensure a culture change and accountability where management takes ownership of risks and controls.
