Shamsuddeen Khader

Shamsuddeen A K is the Head of Business Services Outsourcing (BSO) at BDO UAE, with over 15 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, payroll, treasury management, and business process outsourcing. He advises multinational corporations and leading regional businesses on optimizing finance functions, strengthening governance frameworks, and enhancing operational efficiency through tailored outsourcing solutions. 

Throughout his career, Shamsuddeen has held progressively senior leadership roles within BDO UAE, developing extensive experience across accounting and bookkeeping, management reporting, payroll outsourcing, treasury support, and secondment services. He has worked with clients across a broad range of industries, including oil and gas, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, aviation, technology, non-profit organizations, and event management. 

In his current role, Shamsuddeen leads BDO UAE's Business Services Outsourcing practice, overseeing the delivery of integrated finance and operational outsourcing solutions. He is responsible for driving service excellence, operational efficiency, digital transformation, and strategic growth initiatives, while helping clients improve financial controls, regulatory compliance, and business performance through technology-enabled and scalable operating models. 

Shamsuddeen also works closely with BDO UAE's Corporate Advisory Services practice, supporting clients on corporate structuring, governance, company secretarial matters, compliance, and business transformation initiatives. As a trusted adviser to senior executives, business owners, and multinational organizations, he provides practical guidance on operating model design, governance frameworks, and finance transformation strategies that support sustainable growth and long-term business objectives.
