Ramakrishna Nivarthy

Ramakrishna Nivarthy is the Chief Risk Officer of BDO UAE.

Ramakrishna has over 20 years of experience in audit and assurance including 17 years of experience in UAE. He has significant experience in international audits and has worked with BDO teams globally on many international assignments. He is the Firm's Risk Management Partner, Ethics & Independence leader, Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), Data Privacy Champion and the Chief information Officer.  He was also a member of the BDO Global Quality Assurance Review (QAR) team in 2017 and 2018.
 
Ramakrishna is also an IFRS faculty at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Dubai Chapter for their IFRS Certification course.
