Nidhi Kamdar is a Senior Manager in the Tax Advisory Services practice at BDO UAE, with over 10 years of experience in Corporate and International taxation.
She advises multinational enterprises and regional businesses on UAE Corporate Tax and OECD Pillar Two (Global Minimum Tax), including Domestic Minimum Top-up Tax (DMTT). Her expertise spans tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and tax-efficient investment planning.
Nidhi has experience supporting clients on Pillar Two readiness, including effective tax rate assessments and the design and implementation of compliant tax structures. She has also been involved in complex restructuring projects, inbound and outbound investment structuring, and advisory on Free Zone regimes and tax group formations.
Working closely with BDO member firms globally, she delivers coordinated, cross-border tax solutions tailored to client needs.
Nidhi actively contributes to technical publications, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives, with a focus on developments in UAE tax legislation and global tax reforms.
