Muhammad Husnain

Muhammad Husnain is an Assurance Partner and Lead Partner of the Abu Dhabi office. He began his professional career with KPMG in Pakistan and joined BDO UAE in July 2011.

He brings significant experience in audit and assurance services, serving a diverse portfolio of government, public sector, regulated, and private sector organizations. Husnain has extensive expertise in leading complex assurance engagements and advising clients on a wide range of accounting and financial reporting matters. He has substantial experience managing statutory audits, group audits, and other assurance engagements involving complex reporting and regulatory considerations. His industry experience spans financial services, natural resources, oil and gas, construction and engineering, real estate, retail and trading, healthcare, education, hospitality, technology, and professional services.

A specialist in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Husnain advises organizations on complex accounting and financial reporting matters, helping them navigate evolving regulatory requirements and enhance the quality of their financial reporting.
