Huzaifa has extensive experience in corporate advisory and corporate services, having supported clients with market entry, entity establishment, restructuring, governance frameworks, and ongoing compliance requirements across mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions. Throughout his career, he has advised a diverse range of clients on business expansion, ownership structuring, operational realignment, and regulatory matters.

In his current role, Huzaifa leads client engagements within BDO UAE's Private Client Services practice, advising founders, family-owned businesses, and private investors on succession planning, family governance, asset protection, Foundations, SPVs, holding structures, and wealth preservation strategies. He serves as a trusted adviser and relationship manager, coordinating multidisciplinary solutions across corporate, tax, legal, immigration, accounting, and governance service lines to deliver integrated outcomes aligned with clients' long-term objectives.
