Vinit is a Director in the Tax Advisory Services practice, based in BDO UAE’s Dubai office. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of professional experience in Corporate Taxation, International Tax, Transfer Pricing alongside tax audits and litigation support.

He brings technical expertise in advising on complex cross-border tax matters, including those involving international transactions, Double Tax Treaty interpretation, and evolving global tax frameworks such as BEPS Pillar 2.0. His experience spans a diverse client base, enabling him to provide commercially focused and technically robust solutions.

In the UAE, Vinit has led and delivered a wide range of Tax advisory, compliance, and Transfer Pricing engagements. He works closely with corporates, family offices, and multinational groups, supporting them in navigating the regional tax landscape. Since the introduction of Corporate Tax in the UAE, he has been actively involved in structuring, implementation, and compliance initiatives, helping organisations adapt effectively to new regulatory requirements.
