Aayush serves as the Pillar Two Coordinator for BDO UAE and has extensive experience supporting multinational groups in navigating the OECD's Pillar Two framework. His expertise includes assessing scope and safe harbour eligibility, performing Effective Tax Rate (ETR) calculations, identifying data and compliance requirements, and coordinating with global headquarters and regional stakeholders to facilitate efficient implementation and reporting processes.

In addition to his Tax Advisory experience, Aayush has been involved in numerous tax due diligence, tax structuring, and business setup advisory engagements across the UAE. He has also supported model audits and managed tax assessments for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.

Aayush is an active contributor to BDO’s thought leadership initiatives and is a member of the firm’s dedicated Pillar Two working group within the BDO global network, helping clients stay informed of emerging international tax developments and regulatory changes.
