Your opportunity

This role will be to provide variety of corporate tax advisory, and corporate tax compliance services to clients. Your primary responsibility will be corporate tax advisory (including UAE Pillar 2 related assignments) and compliance, however, you will be expected to be part of business development initiatives, and a basic knowledge of the UAE VAT. Your responsibilities include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced technical knowledge of UAE CT law (including UAE Pillar 2 regime). Ideally, you should have hands on practical experience of delivering in high-performance teams on advisory, compliance and litigation assignments
  • Advance experience of working with on-site and off-site support teams
  • Ability to multitask and cater to multiple requests either internal and/or external simultaneously 
  • Project management skills such as preparing and monitoring work progress trackers, responsibility matrix, scheduling status update calls, closure procedures etc.
  • Ability to train and develop a team to support on delivery of the assignments etc. 
  • Business development soft skills, which includes managing pursuit list, follow-ups, preparing presentations etc.
  • Advance skills to schedule and conduct technical sessions
  • Advance skills of establishing, retaining, and managing client relationships
  • Intermediate knowledge of basic transfer pricing concepts and associated service offerings
  • Intermediate knowledge of FATCA/CRS and CbCR 
  • Intermediate knowledge of legal / regulatory requirements in the UAE such as licensing requirements, permissible operations in the free zones 
  • Basic knowledge of UAE customs and VAT 

Key Attributes

  • Having minimum of 4 to 5 plus years of post-qualification experience in a consulting firms 
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax including UAE Pillar 2 regime
  • Good command of written and spoken English 
  • People management skills

Experience & Education

CA, ACCA, CPA, ADIT or equivalent professional qualification along with basic graduation in accounting.
