Your opportunity
- Support the Head of Relations in the execution of integrated business development and marketing strategies.
- Identify, research, and profile prospective clients aligned with the firm’s target sectors and service offerings.
- Maintain and regularly update a structured target list to support outreach and opportunity tracking.
- Collaborate with service lines to evaluate inbound leads and global referrals, identifying prospects in line with our strategic objectives.
- Prepare client briefs, background research, and talking points to support business development meetings and campaigns.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, conferences, and networking opportunities to cultivate client relationships.
- Assist in the development and rollout of marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media, and brand-aligned content.
- Manage the firm’s social media presence, ensuring consistency with brand tone and visual identity.
- Draft and edit presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral to support client acquisition and internal communications.
- Ensure timely follow-up on business leads and support internal tracking of opportunity status and engagement outcomes.
- Liaise with the Global Clients & Markets teams to align regional and international business development priorities.
- Contribute to the preparation of business development reports and performance dashboards for internal stakeholders.

Key qualification & experience
- A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, or client engagement roles, preferably within a professional services or consultancy environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (a postgraduate qualification or certification is advantageous).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and content management systems.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional writing and editing capabilities.
