Programme overview

The Tekamul Emiratisation Programme is a 12-month workplace development programme for recent Emirati university graduates who hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree and have either no previous professional experience or limited experience gained through internships.

The programme provides an entry-level pathway into professional services, enabling graduates to develop their capabilities while gaining practical experience across the firm.

Over the course of 12 months, participants benefit from continuous on-the-job learning and a range of assignments designed to build their professional experience. Formal training also supports the development of leadership, collaboration and other essential workplace skills, while a dedicated mentor provides guidance throughout the learning journey.
