Your opportunity

The purpose of this role is to implement efficient, business-oriented strategies to enhance our people’s skills, empowering them to unlock their true potential. Leveraging innovative learning techniques and solutions to develop the abilities of current and aspiring leaders.   • Developing effective and leading-edge learning solutions to build careers and manage the development of our people to drive high-performance teams.
  • Implement and manage the annual learning curriculum at each service line and ensure that minimum baseline learning is prioritized within the company.
  • Manage the firm’s online learning tool administratively and introduce creative approaches to boost effective utilization among learners.
  • Track the mandatory training requirements for the organization and ensure that they are completed within the agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Service Line and Head of People to develop L&D strategy and approach for each year –from a Technical and Soft skills perspective.
  • Apply an understanding of business requirements and priorities by undertaking training needs analysis and translating the relevant outcomes into strategically planned annual L&D activities.
  • Determine and use the best learning methods and technologies for learning needs, including in-person and virtual experiences, online learning platforms, podcasts, webinars, and others.
  • Build relationships with Industry stakeholders, training vendors, and advise on learning & development best practices.
  • Develop and deliver curriculums and professional skills courses, both in virtual and face-to-face formats, aligned with sound learning principles.
  • Co-ordinate and roll out service line-specific technical training, which includes the end-to-end project management of core technical skills programs.
  • Thoroughly assess the quality of implemented training programs through observation and learner feedback, and continuously improve based on relevant insights.
  • Manage resources and budgets to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum, programs, and processes.

  • Demonstrate business acumen and the ability to bring this to life operationally daily.
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Key experience

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or relevant in HR required.
  • Professional in Human Resources (CIPD, CHRP, CHRM) are preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development with an Accounting background or Professional services environment.
  • Solid skills in training facilitation and instructional design
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proficient experience in using any HR learning tools/apps.
