Program Overview

The Tekamul Emiratisation Program is our 12-month workplace program open for fresh Emirati university graduates, minimum of bachelor’s degree, with no experience or limited experience in the form of internships. This program provides an outstanding entry-level platform for Emirati graduates, enabling them to seamlessly integrate into the professional services practice. Over the course of 12 months, graduates engage in a comprehensive development program that combines continuous on-the-job learning with diverse assignments across the firm. Additionally, formal training enhances their leadership and collaboration skills, while a dedicated mentor offers valuable support throughout their learning journey.
